  • China, Hollowware, & Glassware
  • Clocks & Watches
  • Keys & Locks
  • Lanterns & Lamps

  • Postcards & Postal Items

          4. Search on Model Number   (in this example   Lionel Model Number   6014):

5. Search using MI Trains Software cross referencing for piece road markings which are not the Train Manufacturer's Model number - what MI Trains calls "alias links".

For example: MTH Road Marking "306510" on the Chesapeake & Ohio Coil Car is really MTH Model Number 20-98263. No problem finding it within MI Trains!

First, look up the road marking number on the car - 306510. Voila - you see that the road marking number (the alias) is really linked to it's real MTH model number 20-98263.

Bingo - so now you can look up the real model number - 20-98263. No more guessing what the model number is!!

6. And with the newest MI Trains "wild card" search, you can really get finite.

A wild card search finds anything in the datafield that contains the "search text".

For example, suppose you would like to review and maybe collect Disney items that Lionel has produced...     be it Cabooses, Catalogs, Box Cars, Engines, whatever...   Simply type the search text "Disney" in the Road Name field. MI Trains details all those in the Catalog and Your inventory.

Now you can evaluate what is available, what you have, and what you would like to go after. Then click on through those you would like to get, and add them to your Wish List. How simple is that!
